Solid server User Interface redesign

Description

Solid is Sir Tim Berners-Lee's project that aims at giving back to the users ownership of their data, choice on the storage where these data reside and control over who has access to them. To free the users from "Internet silos" that get and use personal data behind our backs.

Users' personal data live in Solid pods. Pod data are stored in Solid servers. The users decide which Solid server they choose. Solid standards offer the users Access Control frameworks for sharing their own data with whom they decide. This year we had a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) linking Indico with Solid. The idea is to get your pod and make a list of missing UI functionality. In this way all CERN profiles will be hosted in Solid and a good fraction of the Open Source community will get to know the project.

Goals of the project

The idea is to get your pod on https://solidcommunity.net/  [1] and make a list of missing UI functionality. Make a list of UI improvements.

Skills being sought

UI/UX design expertise.
