API for data on social networks

aa
Description

Allow the owner of personal data to share his data between different data holders, without having to retype it in, different applications.

To illustrate this example, I am the data owner,  LinkedIN is the first data holder, alumni.cern is the second data holder . But this should work any couple of data holders  (also from ORCD to Linkedin for example)

The main principle behind this is the European data privacy policy which asserts that the data owner choses what to do with his data and who he wants to share it with.

The other main principle is that, if I am able to see my data on any web browser, then I assume that the current data holder sending info to my web browser has made all checks that I am entitled to watch it (otherwise this data holder has aproblem).

So the project idea is to develop a Add on for Chrome ( example, but potentially any browser) which would allow the data owner, when viewing his private data ( for example his/her profile on Linked) in to Click on Share it with … and one opetion would be a second data holder  who has provided the APIS to do so ( for example alumni.cern / Hivebrite) . We also leave to the second data holder to verify that the API are used by data owner to inject in his/her profile.
