Create a Collaborative Bullshit & Jargon Buster.

Many scientific entries on places like Wikipedia are poorly written. They are accurate but dull, just like scientific papers!

Some of the ones that aren't are from the 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica which relied on an unusual number of primary sources. Primary sources are more confident about what they are talking about, so don't feel they have to quote large chunks of cliched argument.

The idea here is to create a a collaborative document system that highlights the authority of an author in a specific topic, in order to highlight material that comes from primary sources.

This might involve reputation system that borrowed elements from Stack Exchange and the 'review your peers' reputation system of Skills.to, allowing people to improve the readability of technical documents by tracking authority of individual chunks of text.
